Daughters House broken into and left not secure. Insurance gave us repairer who could not attend for 5 days we then tried action glass and spoke to Dom he arranged to repair within a few hours and he spoke to insurance great service highly recommended

Great experience from start to finish, had a smaller job, which they quoted over the phone. It ended up being more work and they still charged me the original price.Great workmanship and friendly service.Would highly recommend!

Honestly, if there was a 0-star rating in Google, I wouldn't hesitate to use it for Action Glass.Their first attempt: took few days to send someone for measurement, then took them few weeks to come to my place to do the works. Not only they got some of the repair scope wrong and didn't bring the material, but also their measurement for custom made door was wrong and the door didn't fit in.A period of silence: after their first failure attempt, they didn't get back to us for few more weeks to A. Fix the quote and their scope, B. Give an ETA. I had to follow up several time and everytime someone is apologising and promising to give me a call back. NEVER HAPPENED.Finally, after few more weeks, they came back and did their job.Customer service rating 0/5Quality 2/5Turnaround 0Would I recommend them to anyone: would never.Moreover, no decency to offer discount or better service next time for taking more than 3 months to build a simple sliding door. UnbelievableMy overall experience with actionglass was nothing but frustration

The window Installer that attended my property did a fantastic job, minimal damage to the existing frames and he turned up on time, very polite and friendly with my Tenant.Sales team however had poor communication, I had to follow up on numerous occasions for an update on my order and a confirmed date of installation.

Unfortunately we had a situation where one of our windows needed urgent repairs, we contacted Action Glass who were very responsive to our enquiry and were able to assist with having the repairs completed on the day. Luke who attended our office did a fantastic, neat and tidy job with the minimum of fuss. If you need someone to action your repairs then you need to call these guys, they were great.

I recently used Action Glass to replace a bedroom window. the job had some difficulties but Adam and Ben worked diligently, creatively and with good humour to complete it perfectly... even staying back to help me replace the venetian blinds. I would highly recommend this company.
